The Mukmova effluent pump is robust in design featuring single stage, open vane, semi vortex, self priming centrifugal driven by either a single or 3-phase TEFC motor. Ideal for pumping effluent water containing soft solids in suspension such as dairy or piggery waste, liquid food transfer and general water transfer. With head pressures up to 24 metres and flows up to 600lpm, the fast self priming Mukmova features a thick section cast iron pump body. A float switch can be added for automatic operation.

A submersible pump consisting of a solids handling grinder inlet with a high head open impeller to pump waste water containing soft solids in suspension. Applications:
Able to pump semi-screened or grey water of neutral pH containing up to 20% small soft solids or 1% fine solids. Some accelerated wear should be expected when pumping hard solids in suspension.

The Grundfos SEV and SE1 pumps are designed for handling wastewater, process water and unscreened raw sewage. These technologically very advanced series of pumps are available with efficient single-channel or Super Vortex impellers allowing for free passage of solids up to 100 mm in size. This greatly reduces the risk of clogging, and ensures maximum up-time and low operating costs. The SEV and SE1 pumps can be permanently installed by means of an auto-coupling system or with a fixed pipe connection, submerged or dry, without separate motor cooling arrangements. The pumps are also suitable for free-standing installation, or as portable utility pumps.

Grundfos SEG pumps are designed for pumping:
Grundfos SEG series are a submersible pump with a horizontal discharge port. They are specifically designed for the pressurised pumping of sewage and wastewater containing destructible solids. The pumps are equipped with a cutter system which cuts destructible solids into small pieces so that they can be led away through pipes of a relatively small diameter. The compact design makes these pumps suitable for both free-standing and auto-coupling guide rail installation.
SEG Auto Adapt series have inbuilt level switches and communication between pumps. This means they can be installed without the need for complex switchboards and floats. No level switches or motor protection required.

KSB Amarex N pump range is a vertical, single-stage submersible motor pump, for wet installation, stationary and transportable design. Amarex N pumps are floodable, single-stage, single-entry close-coupled pump sets which are not self-priming, handling of all types of waste water, especially untreated sewage containing long fibres and solid substances, fluids containing gas/air, as well as raw, activated and digested sludge
Document downloadKDP are a range of mechanical diaphragm pumps. They incorporate a heavy duty gearbox coupled to an eccentric block to actuate the diaphragm, making them appropriate for heavy-duty applications. The pump is belt-driven with pulleys which enable it to use a variety of drive options, including electric motors and petrol and diesel engines for 2” and 3” pumps. With the ability to self-prime, handle solids and run dry, they have a wide range of applications.

The MST SU models are a high head, heavy duty, self-priming pump which feature an efficient 6 vane open impeller and an easy to maintain design which makes them ideal for the transfer of dirty water. Available in a wide range of materials, these pumps provide excellent pumping performance in a wide variety of applications across a large range of duties.
The SU pumps were branded as “Southern Cross” in the Australian market until 2017.
They feature a Back pull out design, with maintenance hatch which allows easy access to pump casing and impeller to remove blockages, external shim less adjustment of the impeller, 316 stainless steel mechanical shaft seal with titanium/tungsten carbide faces, and they can be produced in a wide range of body materials.

Document downloadThe Vortex range is the DINflow close coupled pump, fitted with a recessed impeller. As the vortex recessed impeller is located outside the flow path, it moves the liquid in a vortex action, during which less than 10% of the liquid enters the impeller vanes. This action, and the pump’s internal clearances, allows the passage of solids and fibrous matter.

Ultraflow pumping stations generally include a reinforced fibreglass pumpwell, with 1 to 4 submersible pumps, cutter, grinder, vortex or drainage, all internal plumbing, valves, and an electrical control panel with level switches. Extras can include a pump guide rail system, and remote system monitoring. Ultraflow pumpwells are available in many different sizes, between 450mm – 3200mm in diameter and up to 10.0 metres deep, depending on the design parameters.
Features
Ultraflow pump stations are supplied with all internal piping and valves installed and ready for use. If guide rail systems are used, they are also mounted in the pump station which mostly eliminates the need for Confined Space Entry. All this makes Ultraflow pump stations quick and simple to install. Ultraflow pumps stations can be configured to almost any specifications.
