Davey Circulator

Davey circulator pumps are ideal for domestic heating applications, secondary hot water services, air conditioning and cooling systems. The advanced multi-speed, shaft-motor can provides a long and reliable operating life. Max operating temperature 120 degrees C, service pressure 1000 kPa, includes unions and gaskets

Davey Mukmova

The Mukmova effluent pump is robust in design featuring single stage, open vane, semi vortex, self priming centrifugal driven by either a single or 3-phase TEFC motor. Ideal for pumping effluent water containing soft solids in suspension such as dairy or piggery waste, liquid food transfer and general water transfer. With head pressures up to 24 metres and flows up to 600lpm, the fast self priming Mukmova features a thick section cast iron pump body. A float switch can be added for automatic operation.

Davey Shallow Well Jet

Rugged single stage jet assisted pump fitted with a pressure switch or Torrium controller. Shallow well draw to 7.5 metres with flows up to 228 lpm. Suitable for supplying from dams, creeks, rivers, bores, tanks and for stock watering or sprinkler supply.

Davey XP Water Pressure System

Davey XP jet pressure system with Torrium controller; provides constant water pressure in small homes when sourcing water from an underground or partially buried tank. Also available with a pressure switch and Super Cell pressure tank.

Ebara 2CDX

The 2CDX series are a twin impeller pump made almost entirely in 304 stainless steel. These pumps are suitable for a variety of applications where higher pressures are required.

Ebara 3LS2

The 3LS series are a 2-Pole speed close coupled stainless steel pump, featuring one piece, plasma stamped volute casing. The smooth stamped stainless steel surfaces result in superior quality and high efficiency.

The back pull-out construction permits the disassembly and overhaul of the impeller, shaft and bearings, without removal of the suction or discharge piping, or pump casing. The centre line discharge and foot support under the casing ensure maximum resistance to misalignment and distortion from pipe loads.

Ebara 3LS4

The 3LS4 series are a 4-Pole speed close coupled stainless steel pump, featuring one piece, plasma stamped volute casing. The smooth stamped stainless steel surfaces result in superior quality and high efficiency.

The back pull-out construction permits the disassembly and overhaul of the impeller, shaft and bearings, without removal of the suction or discharge piping, or pump casing. The centre line discharge and foot support under the casing ensure maximum resistance to misalignment and distortion from pipe loads.

Ebara CDX

The CDX series are a single impeller pump, made almost entirely in 304 stainless steel. These pumps also feature the one piece volute manufactured using Ebara's unique plasma stamping process

Grundfos CM(E)

The horizontal multistage pump CM is basically composed of a series of interchangeable modules, all of which have been designed to work together seamlessly, no matter what the application.The pumps are of the close-coupled type. The difference between the CM and the CME pump ranges is the motor. CM pumps are fitted with mains-operated motors, whereas the motors for CME pumps have an integrated frequency converter. The CM and CME pumps are available in cast iron or stainless steel. The CM or CME pump is primarily used as a built-in pump in OEM solutions and domestic boosters. It is compact, noiseless, reliable and flexible.  It can be installed in systems or used as a stand-alone pump.

Grundfos UPS

Grundfos UPS are a 3-speed control circulator pump, for circulation of liquids in heating and air-conditioning systems. Pumps with bronze or stainless steel housings options they are suitable for use in hot-water service systems. The pumps can be used in both open and closed systems. UPS pumps are of the canned-rotor type, i.e. pump and motor form an integral unit without a shaft.

Iwaki MDE

The Iwaki MDE series are heavy duty industrial magnetic drive centrifugal pumps covering larger industrial applications. Excellent chemical resistance, robust construction and simple maintenance are features of all these series.

Materials

• Carbonfibre reinforced ETFE fluoropolymer wetted parts with alumina ceramic or SiC shaft & high density carbon, alumina ceramic or SiC bearings. Virgin PFA is available for higher liquid temperatures & a wider range of chemical resistance.

Connections

• All models have ANSI flanged connections as standard, with ISO flanges optional.

Capacities

• MDE has 3 models covering capacities from 6m3/hr up to 240m3/hr
• Maximum heads to 55m.

Motors

• All models are fitted with standard IP66 rated outdoor industrial motors

Iwaki MX

The Iwaki MX & MX-F series are medium capacity industrial magnetic drive centrifugal pumps available in two material configurations to cover a wide range of industrial chemicals.

Materials

• Glass filled polypropylene wetted parts with ceramic shaft & high density carbon bearings. For stronger chemicals, carbonfibre reinforced ETFE fluoropolymer and alumina ceramic parts are used for resistance to nearly all industrial chemicals

Resistance to abnormal or improper operation

• All models have Iwaki’s patented Non-Contact System & Self Radiation bearing structure for greatly increased tolerance to improper operation such as short term dry running and cavitation.

Connections

• For stronger chemicals, carbonfibre reinforced ETFE fluoropolymer, alumina ceramic & SiC parts are used for resistance to nearly all industrial chemicals. All Australian versions have flanged connections as standard, which can be readily removed should threaded connections be preferred.

Capacities

• Five models cover transfer capacities up to 500 litres/minute.
• Maximum heads are up to 28m. 

Motors

• All models are fitted with standard IP66 rated outdoor industrial motors. 

Iwaki MXM

The Iwaki MXM, MDM & MDE series are heavy duty industrial magnetic drive centrifugal pumps covering the majority of industrial applications. Excellent chemical resistance, robust construction and simple maintenance are features of all these series.

Materials

• Carbonfibre reinforced ETFE fluoropolymer wetted parts with alumina ceramic or SiC shaft & high density carbon, alumina ceramic or SiC bearings.

Resistance to abnormal or improper operation

• All models have Iwaki’s patented Non-Contact System & Self Radiation bearing structure for greatly increased tolerance to improper operation such as short term dry running and cavitation. 

Connections

• All models have ANSI flanged connections as standard, with ISO flanges optional.
• 316 stainless baseplates are standard fitment to simplify installation.

• 3 models with a wide range of available impellers covering capacities up to 36m3/hr
• Maximum heads to 30m.

Motors and optional drives

Iwaki SMX

The Iwaki SMX & SMX-F series are medium capacity industrial self-priming magnetic drive centrifugal pumps available in two material configurations to cover a wide range of industrial chemicals. The SMX series adds versatility to the range by allowing inbuilt self priming capability well suited to underground tanks or suction lifts.

Materials

• Glass filled polypropylene wetted parts with ceramic shaft & high density carbon bearings. SMX-F, for stronger chemicals, carbonfibre reinforced ETFE fluoropolymer and alumina ceramic parts are used for resistance to nearly all industrial chemicals.

Lowara C Series

Lowara C Series Single Stage Pump, stainless steel threaded port centrifugal pumps, for a wide range of domestic and industrial applications. Single-impeller (CEA) and dual-impeller (CA) models available. "N" version completely made of AISI 316 stainless steel also available.

Lowara CO Series

Lowara CO Series Open Impeller Pump, threaded port close coupled centrifugal pumps with open impeller. These pumps combine the advantages of an open impeller with those of the AISI 316 stainless steel construction, which is particularly suited for handling moderately aggressive liquids with suspended solids.

Lowara SHO

Lowara SHO Series End Suction Pumps are full AISI 316 stainless steel. SH series pumps are used for water and clean liquid circulation in heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, and for pressure boosting in industrial applications.

MST Self Priming Pump SU Series

The MST SU models are a high head, heavy duty, self-priming pump which feature an efficient 6 vane open impeller and an easy to maintain design which makes them ideal for the transfer of dirty water. Available in a wide range of materials, these pumps provide excellent pumping performance in a wide variety of applications across a large range of duties.

The SU pumps were branded as “Southern Cross” in the Australian market until 2017.

They feature a Back pull out design, with maintenance hatch which allows easy access to pump casing and impeller to remove blockages, external shim less adjustment of the impeller, 316 stainless steel mechanical shaft seal with titanium/tungsten carbide faces, and they can be produced in a wide range of body materials.

Regent Minorflow

The Regent Minorflow models are either bare shaft or close-coupled, single stage centrifugal pumps. These pumps are either an end-suction design with tangential discharge, or a vertical in-line model. Casings and Impellers can be supplied in combinations of cast iron, bronze, zinc-free bronze and stainless steel.

Ultraflow Packaged Pump Stations

Ultraflow pumping stations generally include a reinforced fibreglass pumpwell, with 1 to 4 submersible pumps, cutter, grinder, vortex or drainage, all internal plumbing, valves, and an electrical control panel with level switches.  Extras can include a pump guide rail system, and remote system monitoring. Ultraflow pumpwells are available in many different sizes, between 450mm – 3200mm in diameter and up to 10.0 metres deep, depending on the design parameters.

Features

Ultraflow pump stations are supplied with all internal piping and valves installed and ready for use.  If guide rail systems are used, they are also mounted in the pump station which mostly eliminates the need for Confined Space Entry.   All this makes Ultraflow pump stations quick and simple to install. Ultraflow pumps stations can be configured to almost any specifications.

Ultraflow Submersible Heavy Duty Drainage

The Ultraflow range of submersible Sewage Cutter pumps feature a single channel, semi open, hardened cast iron impeller, with tungsten carbide cutter tip.
