Ultraflow pumping stations generally include a reinforced fibreglass pumpwell, with 1 to 4 submersible pumps, cutter, grinder, vortex or drainage, all internal plumbing, valves, and an electrical control panel with level switches. Extras can include a pump guide rail system, and remote system monitoring. Ultraflow pumpwells are available in many different sizes, between 450mm – 3200mm in diameter and up to 10.0 metres deep, depending on the design parameters.
Features
Ultraflow pump stations are supplied with all internal piping and valves installed and ready for use. If guide rail systems are used, they are also mounted in the pump station which mostly eliminates the need for Confined Space Entry. All this makes Ultraflow pump stations quick and simple to install. Ultraflow pumps stations can be configured to almost any specifications.
