Davey VM

Davey VM

Davey Vertical Multistage pumps have a range available to provide flow rates up to 80m3/hr and pressure up to 230m. The VM series are suitable for a very wide range industrial applications. Features:

  • All hydraulic parts are made from 304SS with shafts being made from 316SD to provide higher corrosion and abrasion resistance for a longer pump life.
  • Threaded 304SS companion flanges with gaskets, nuts, bolts and washers are included with every pump for easier installation.
  • Hard-faced mechanical seals provide a longer life. VM16 models and larger have cartridge seals for faster changeover.
  • MEPS compliant - all 3 phase motors are Minimum Energy Performance Standards compliant for greater energy efficiency and lower running costs.
  • Rotating Elements - Replacing all moving hydraulic parts as a single unit ensures minimal maintenance downtime.
  • Teflon Neck Rings - Provide less vibration, noise and sensitivity to thermal expansion to help maintain high pump efficiency.
  • Raised Bottom Bearings - Raising this bearing reduces the risk of damage from sediments and increases the life of the bearing.
  • High Temperatures - Pumps can operate in temperatures from -15 to 70oC
  • High IP Rating - VM motors are IP55 and are suitable for outdoor applications
  • Large Single Phase Motors - Available up to 4.0kW

Ebara EVMG

Ebara EVMG

The Ebara EVMG vertical multistage pumps feature technically advanced designs, and use IEC standard motors, and inbuilt thrust bearing for models over 1.5 Kw. Stainless steel components are of high quality, and the unique bulge forming process produces rugged construction with increased wall thickness and assures component integrity. Ebara's robust construction extends to critical internal components such as the impellers and intermediate casings. With other features including self-aligning liner rings, square edged spline shaft, and tungsten carbide lower bearings, the result is a product of exceptional quality and reliability.

Grundfos CM(E)

Grundfos CM(E)

The horizontal multistage pump CM is basically composed of a series of interchangeable modules, all of which have been designed to work together seamlessly, no matter what the application. The pumps are of the close-coupled type. The difference between the CM and the CME pump ranges is the motor. CM pumps are fitted with mains-operated motors, whereas the motors for CME pumps have an integrated frequency converter. The CM and CME pumps are available in cast iron or stainless steel. The CM or CME pump is primarily used as a built-in pump in OEM solutions and domestic boosters. It is compact, noiseless, reliable and flexible.  It can be installed in systems or used as a stand-alone pump.

Grundfos CR

Grundfos CR

Grundfos CR series are vertical, multistage centrifugal pumps with suction and discharge ports on the same level. All wetted parts are in stainless steel , but the pump head and base can be cast iron, (CR version), 304 grade Stainless steel, (CRI version), or 316 Stainless steel, (CRN version). All CR pumps can be supplied with variable speed motors, and then they are an “E” version, such as CRIE. Different porting arrangements are available.
